"My passion has always been centred around supporting people, understanding their individual needs, and helping them feel confident and included within the community. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds and support needs, which has helped me build strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Through my experience working in healthcare and management roles, I developed a deeper understanding of how important personalised support, patience, and genuine connection truly are. I realised that every individual has unique abilities, strengths, and potential that deserve to be recognised and encouraged. This is what inspired me to create Leveled Abilities.I wanted to create more than just a day program — I wanted to build a supportive, inclusive, and welcoming environment where individuals feel valued, empowered, and excited to participate in everyday life and community experiences. My vision for Leveled Abilities is to create meaningful opportunities for individuals to build independence, confidence, friendships, and life experiences in a safe and encouraging space. For me, this journey is deeply personal. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to feel included, heard, supported, and capable of achieving great things in their own way. At Leveled Abilities, my goal is to ensure every individual feels a true sense of belonging while being encouraged to grow, explore, and thrive within the community.Leveled Abilities is not just a program to me — it is a passion built on care, compassion, inclusion, and creating positive experiences that make a meaningful difference in people’s lives."

"My name is Fatima , and caring for people with disabilities is not just my career — it is my life story, my passion, and my purpose. At only 10 years old, my life changed when I stepped into the role of caring for my younger brother, Nawras, who lives with Down syndrome and an intellectual disability. While most children my age were learning about life, I was learning how to advocate, protect, nurture, and support someone with complex needs. I learned how to understand behaviours, communicate with professionals, manage supports, and most importantly, how to provide unconditional love and patience. As the years went on, I became more than just a sister — I became one of Nawras’ main carers. Many people even believed he was my own son because of the deep level of care and responsibility I carried from such a young age. Although I had family around me, much of the responsibility fell on my shoulders, and I often navigated that journey with very little support. In 2019, I lost my mother, and that loss deeply impacted my mental health and my life. Despite the grief, I continued pushing forward. I got married in 2020, became a mother in 2021, and today I am a proud mother of three beautiful children. Through every stage of life, one thing remained constant — my passion for supporting people living with disabilities and creating meaningful opportunities for them.In 2018, I began working within the NDIS sector. My knowledge didn’t only come from training or employment — it came from lived experience. I had already spent years managing my brother’s supports, advocating for his needs, and understanding the challenges families face when trying to access the right care. For me, disability support has never been about money. It has always been about making sure individuals and families feel seen, supported, included, and understood. That is why I created Leveled Abilities Day Program.Leveled Abilities was built from the heart — a place where people with special needs can feel valued, connected, safe, and empowered within their community. My goal is to create meaningful memories, genuine friendships, and opportunities for participants to enjoy life through community participation and engaging experiences.I know firsthand how important it is for families to trust the people caring for their loved ones. At Leveled Abilities, we lead with compassion, patience, understanding, and lived experience. This is more than a program to me — it is a dream built from love, resilience, and a lifetime of caring for others."
We believe everyone has unique abilities that deserve to be seen, supported, and celebrated.
